I bought Entrenchment a little over 3 hours ago, when can I expect my serial and instructions to arrive via email? I'm getting bored on sunday..
In another thread, some people got it after a long delay... sounds like the e-mail system is getting gunked up.
There was an issue last night and orders ended up not getting processed immediately. Everything should be caught back up now though, so if you still haven't got anything, shoot an email to [email protected] about it and they can look into it tomorrow.
