here the thing i finsh DL the mod set but then i dont no what to to i then go the developer Exe and finf the applicaation i try to use it but then i get a sigh saying this application has faild to start becuse d3dx9_36.dl was not found re installing the application may fix the problem but it didnt so what do i do and how can i star moddleing thing in what not. all awsenre are welcome can some help me :S

one last question tho no i get a pop up saying this application has failed to start becuse fmod.ddl was not found um what do i do

instal it  with the game there by meaning what ever folder u have it intalled ex. c:\programs\stardockgames\sinsofasolarempire put it with that.

Really iam completely lost i still dont no what to do when i am done with dl of the froge tools fro exaple how do i start moddleing ships or someting

In the mod tools archive there's a Documentation folder, and a sins_modset.pdf there will provide a good starting tutorial. :)
