Converting Data

Ok, I know this has been posted already but it hasn't gotten an answer yet. After downloading the modding tools, how do you get the data converters to work. When I double click the .exe file it flashes on the screen and then disapears. I know there are tutorials out but they really don't help a rookie like me out. Other then changing little, and I mean little, things in a game I have never done any modding. Please help!!!

Appriciate the help. The forum link that is in the post you sent help me out perfectl. This really should be included in the readme for the tools. It would have helped me out a lot and I am sure other people as well.

In the forge tools documentation there is a tutorial on how to run convert data. It is particle forge that they should have included a tutorial for. There is absolutly no documentation for that tool. However 3rd party tools, and tutorial post should be consolidated, and stickied with the rest of the tutorials posted here.
