Convert from Binary to Text?

please help

I've been searching and I have seen posts about people converting the .entity files from their current Binary form to text, however I have only seen one post and it is converting them using ConvertData the wrong way, please help!

download the reference data wich hasthem already in text format. there should be a thread with the latest data in it.
