Phase Lanes and Phase Stabilisers

I may have spelt stabilisers wrong, Aw well. Its the thing Visari use as a phase lane between planets that don't have connecting phase lanes, if you can't understand me. Anyway, I was wondering if someone can make a mod so that it can count as a phase lane in terms of Aligence (another spelling mistake I think). You know, Aligence. The further away a planet is, the less tax you get from it. Aligence. It would help, just generaly. If it can't be done, I'll survive, but it would be nice. :)

Like if a planet is connected to a home world, the allegiance can't get higher than if it didn't have a phase stabilizer?

This doesn't seem too impossible when you mention it. What would need to be done?

No, he's asking that phase gates would count as 1 jump away for allegiance purposes, so essentially every planet connected to the homeworld by a phase gate would have 90% allegiance, no matter how many physical jumps away it is.
