Opening Sins Models

How do you open the stock Sins models? Ive tried to open them in both 3ds max and XSI mod tool, but neither seems to recognize the .mesh format.

That what made me wounder too. I know we need to convert the mesh into .xsi format the question is how??

There's a script for 3ds that lets you open mesh files
