help with developer exe

How do you activate developer exe?

Every time i try to click on the sins icon in its file, it displays an error message saying that fmod.dll

Are you supposed to activate this while sins is running, and if so how?

You need to place it in the same directory that the Sins exe is in.

all the files in the folder or just the dev.exe?

All the files in the folder? I think there's just two text files aren't there?

You don't need those two, they're just info.
