Submitted win to metaverse successfully---1st time---also what is version 1.04

I was finally able to get a win and post it on the metaverse. Felt good. Used to play SMAC and it feels good to be playing an intellegent game.
I have version 1.04. Is there a more recent patch or expansion I don't know about or is it the Altairian expansion?
I have to give credit to you who help me so much. Than you very much.

The base galciv is up to version 1.21. There are some enhancements to the game, changes in the starbases, and general bug fixes. I would recommend updating. Also, you can garner a much larger score with newer versions. If you purchase the expansion pack (I love it) it is currently up to version 1.55, but I do not know the differnce between it and the previous version 1.51.
