Help... I cant download my Game

from Stardock Forums
I just bought GalCiv: Altarian Prophacy on-line with my credit card. It says Download immediately... Where the hell do I download it? WTF is going on? >:(

I sent an Email to stardock.com and am not getting any reply... What am I to do?

I now have installed Stardock Central and it says I need a serial number. I asked them to send me a serial number to my Email and they sent a bunch of info. but no serial number. How do I get a serial number?

Why the hell is this so hard? I would have thought it would have been very easy... Pay and download the game.

It is very easy, don't why it seems hard. With any Stardock Serial number: If you bought the game online, it should be in the e-mail recipt, just under the download links. If you bought it from a store it should be on the back of your cd case.

And if you don't still have the recipt try clicking 'Look up serial number' under SDCs Tools tab.

I did, and I was sent an Email and there was no serial number.

I just called Mastercard and there is no record of my purchas with them. (At least someone is getting back in touch with me) Looks like it didnt work.

I might try again in a few days.
