Open Phase Jumping Mod?

Is there a mod that allows for open jumping, as in, jumping to any planet from any planet, or any variant thereof.

You can do that manually via the forge editor, but thats about it.

Someone did it back in beta... it was an interesting map, but "wack-a-mole" isn't really fun in the long term.
