Social Production Purchase with 1 month left

I checked the first 2 social projects i built (soil enhancement, banking) at 1 month before completion. If you wish to buy and shorten the project by a month here are the values (which seem upside down)

Galactic 20bc + 0
Terran 16bc + 2bc for 11 months
United 104bc + 3bc for 33 months
Mitesoft 102bc + 2bc for 55 months

Everything is fine until the 1 months remaining comes up (checked every month till completion)
