I recently played for TEC Primacy and found that the Novalith Cannon's ability is disabled by default. I manually activated the "Fire Novalith Cannon". It is also noted that the cannon bombed the already destroyed planet several times. The "Novalith Range" research has been completed. I find this behavior very strange. Please check this information.
