Bug with Revelation Battlecruiser from the Advent
The spell Reverie (locks ship down unable to act for X seconds) can be cast on an enemy capital, but does not show up in debuffs nor seem to have any effect.
Need to fix to allow an effect, or if not intended to affect captials, prevent casting on them like other spells.
