Why can't the first level pirate influence skill capture Hoshiko Prototype and use the first level skill
Even if I am from the TEC camp and have a skill, it won't work
But you can make it yourself, is this a bug?
It's a bug. Funny thing. If you capture a colony frigate and then take a world with the captured colony frigate. The world becomes your enemies haha
it make more sense to become a pirate planet...such a missed opportunity...
