These pop ups across the top of the screen for when things happen, event history, as I'm calling it.  It would be fantastic to make them no go away on their own.  I could certainly see as you make it late game, that so much is happening you might not be able to keep track. 

Just having the ability to reference those, hover the mouse over it and see what it was, then click on it to dismiss it.  By time I notice some of those sitting up there, they disappeared before I could read them.
