I've watched some video clips and read some topics in the forum, but what are some major differences from GavCiv3?

It looks more refined and smoother!! Although it has been a little bit since I last played galciv3, I feel like there aren't too many differences from what the new version looks like. I don't mean it in a bad way!!! And I like how the zone have been added, that is pretty major! But what else?

I asked about dual monitor support during in a live dev call during alpha or beta for 3, and was told that they thought it was a good idea, but everything would basically have to be redesigned. And it was too far along to implement it. Since this is a new game, any chance that there is support for a second screen? That would make make managing things much easier!!

And maybe I missed it since it is in Beta now, but is there a purchase option that includes all future DLC's, again?
