I put my fences all rolled up on the top of the screen in the hopes that they could be conveniently unrolled over open windows, but there is no option. Is this something that could be added in the future?
Fences works on the desktop level, so having them open above windows isn't possible at this time.

I'm having the same issue, stored all the roll-ups at the top of the screen.
It would be nice when they collapse, it happens over the existing windows!

As mentioned before Fences operate on desktop level, so to be on top of anything is not possible at this moment.
