so as substrate you need a quantum archive to build any orbitals.

closest to the one phc orbital fabricator is the otbital drone relay witch cost 120 metal and 240 rad

phc can build his  orbital fabricator right of the bat for 400 metal and 10 rad after taking radioactive piont. of then he can drop the incursions that cost 100 quanta and you have your 1st t2 zeus en nemesis right of the bad.

substrate wil have no way to counter that with a mauler . this openning strat is to easy and to op and requires no skil. i  that orbital fabricator sould be unlockd after you build a  quantum relay
