I was trying to queue up some factors to build dreadnoughts,  What I did was click to have it build and while it was being built, I told it to build a dreadnought.  It kind of instantly showed the dreadnought as being completed but it was never built.  I believe that I had it set to repeat.  Hopefully, someone else can reproduce the problem.  The funny thing is that the factory got destroyed but the dreadnought was still on the screen but you could not select it and it did nothing.
