Passive Ability For Strike Craft

As I Saw In The Distant Stars Mod ... Strike Craft Can Be Given Abilities .. I Tried To Give Them Passive Abilities From The Coverts. These Are Special Strike Craft Capable Of Taking Down Anything And That Includes Strike Crafts, Capital Ships, Structures, Frigates And Cruisers .. I Did Exactly Like In Distant Stars Mod But Its Not Working

I Didnt Botherd To Touched The Abilities Since They Are In Good Shape

 

What Did I Do Wrong ??  .. I Just Cant Figure It Out

A suggestion....

Have the passive ability apply a buff to the planet....this buff applies another buff to all SC at the planet...this second buff causes the SC to apply a buff to its target when a certain weapon is fired...since all SC have different weapons (autocannon, missile, laser, beam, pulse, PM), there won't be any conflicts since SC with the wrong buff won't accidently apply (since they have a different weapon type)...

Thnx For The Suggestion ... But I Have Found That Giving Abilities To Strike Craft Makes Them Too Powerful For My Mod 

 

So Yep ... No Abilities For Strike Craft ... Unless I Got More Free Time To Work On ^^
