I've been looking, and i can't seem to find anything that does just this.
I want a mod that makes ALL of the starbases mobile, both in gravity well, and with research to unlock phase jumping.

I suppose if someone can tell me where to look in the game files to make it do that, I could invest some time into it.

I don't need anything fancy though. I don't care about adding a bunch of new tech stuff or shiny buttons, I just want the bases to move (partially so that i don't feel like an expensive starbase was a waste after the battle lines have moved further along the galaxy.)
