Inspired by Maxloef's Directional based shield FX mod (https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/429695/). The biggest difference is that this mod use the stock shield colour instead of team colour, and the texture should look closer to the vanilla (eg., keeping the ripple animation).
Because only one file is changed in this mod, this should be compatible with most other mods.
