Is it getting them to jump that's the problem or once they've phased jump, it takes forever? If its the latter, you might want to try adjusting the scale setting in the galaxy forge.

Did you overlap the edges of the Star's inclusion area? or put them too close to each other?  Try moving them farther apart in galaxy forge and see if it works better.  This is to solve the problem where the ships have a hard time calculating the jump, I'm guessing the stars might be on a different z axis.  Map scale will adjust the actual flight times once jump has occurred.
