It's a hard line to follow...I was interested in "temporary blacklisting" for trolls like kbroke, and those people seemed to get better....but trying to ban someone like Efe is entirely different....I hate to "play favorites" but the truth is the less popular a player is the easier it is to ban them (or do anything for that matter)...
Quite frankly, the best way to handle this is publicity....assuming this is true, let it be known that if you let Efe play VR or AR, don't expect him to play by any "rules" such as no wail or no jumping Orkies...hosts will learn to simply not let him play those factions, problem solved, it goes away...no need to "ban" anyone....
