Has anyone made a mod like that for Rebellion? I would wait for Distant Stars, but after playing Sins modded for the past 3 years, I can't take how slow non-modded Sins feels in comparison...
For faster build rates on anything, you can adjust those in the options before a game is hosted. I think the same options are for fleet supply apply as well, if not, I can certainly throw up some files if you tell me what you want regarding them. They're easy to do. Just realize, you'll be dealing with far more lag.
I actually went the opposite way in my mod and cut the supply (to 1000) and cap ships (10) down. I rebalanced the ships to be more powerful to counter balance out elements. Engagements are longer, and much less strikecraft/frigate spamming occurs. The AI usually builds more varied and balanced fleets.
