There are 3 meshes for advent, tec and vasari floating around. 2 are in the show off your sins model thread. The tec one was recovered by myfist and harpo, but I'm not sure if it was actually uploaded or not, you might check his new weebly.
The icons are simple 28x28 (main game view, and empire tree) and 22x22 (info card).
Photoshop or Gimp is all you need to create those icons and a bit of creativity.
