This tech, after research, would show you the real time credit/sec, metal/sec, and crystal/sec of your allies.
After another upgrade it would show you these stats for opponents with scout vessels in a world colonized by an opponent. Only that opponents information would be displayed, so it would behoove the smart economy player to ensure that they have a guage on the opposing player's economy by maintaining scouts on all opponents.
