does anybody know how to fix this i put my orb mod from 1.32 of diplomacy and put it into the 1.34 mod folder and when i started this happened.

Copy the Window folder from the games install dir to your mod. Some files will be .bin format but unless you want to mod the UI thats OK. I forget exactly which files the mainmenu screen uses, its one of the .window files like mainMenuScreen.window. I would do the entire folder to be sure.

You can also play in Window mode set in the game video options which you can close with the typical X

Yeah that was the one thing the 1.193 update changed. Just copy your window folder from your Sins of a solar empire directory and paste it over the one in your mod, assuming you won't want to be making any new content that needs pictures it won't be a problem. And if you do want to do that, make a back up of the reference data window folder and only change the files you need from there, then copy the changed files into your mod's window folder.

and i also get a ton of errors with using the developer exe and a minidump error when i hit the mod button ^^

best go to the orb thread and ask for it to be updated. That advice was for a modder that only change files in GamInfo. Only the ORB team knows what needs to be changed in the Window folder.

Play in window mode until its updated.

well that is a Window folder error and if you have an updated game, getting the updated files from the games install dir will work. If nothing is modded in the Window folder than just delete it from the mod and let the mod use the games Window folder.

Edit Cool and ROFL at your own mod and forgoten thread but this may have been better in its own thread to get a faster answer.

ADD

UNDER

titleOverlay "MainMenuScreenTitleOverlay"

Then copy MainMenuScreen.window to SteamMainMenuScreen.window and change
