Hi all, I'm sure all of you are quite familiar with some of the works I've done in models over the months. As some of you might be aware of I am still new to this and am always looking to improve my skills as a modeller.
I've run into something with nearly all my models which sort of bugs me because they are an eyesore when I see them. For some of you, you know I mainly use Wings 3D to do models as it's the program I am most familiar with.
Wings has a little option you can click which shows you the smoothed version of the model. We call this the Show Objects with Smoothed Shading option.

You can see in some of the images, particularly in pic 3 and 4 there are lines/polys sticking out or showing the outline of the polygons in the model. Most of the model you don't see this, which is what I am trying to do. I'm trying to stray away from those polys sticking out because as I've noticed when the model is textured into a game like Sins and skin is applied to the model the texture has a bad habit of showing these areas of the model where these lines like to rear their ugly head.
I'd really like to improve in all areas of modeling but this one particular area is where I wish to improve on most. So if anyone has any suggestions or knowledge to impart on to me I'd be more then appreciated with the advise.
