Request a refund if you have not received the product you paid for.  Or create a second account on impulse and have them transfer the registration over to that.  Is this more of an "everything should be tied to my account sort of thing?"  Anyway, I'd think the 2 suggestions I offered would get you want you are looking for (eg a license for each game individually or a refund). 

It does make sense that if you bought a copy of SOASE, a copy of SOASE: entrenchment, and then bought a copy of SOASE: trinity (why not just buy diplomacy?), then you should have keys for each of those (unless trinity lumps it all under 1 key - I have no idea). 

I hope this isn't some hold out argument were you are simply adamant that each and every serial must be associated with your current account.  If so some reason that's not possible, I'd hope you accept the make a new account option with registration transfer or the refund.

what does this mean?  3 pack sins/entrenchment/trinity?  Did you just mean sins/entrench/diplo?  Did they for some reason offer a combo pack that included sins/entrenchment along with trinity?  That doesn't make much sense to me.

As you are saying you should be getting 3 vanila sins games 2 entrenchment and 1 diplomacy expansions. 

Well thats just not true. Trinity was sold as sins vanila game + enternchment + diplomacy and name trinity means that you get

1 game + 2 expansions = 3 (trinity)

Um check your game reg / serial number for each of the 3 editions out there of sins folks there's different serial numbers for them allowing for 1 copy 1 computer at a time to run.  Legally.  You guys are not quite accurate.  The Microsoft example while not exactly accurate was an example nothing more....   And if they have to give me a refund they have to give everyone one.

The point of the matter is they owe everyone two legit game keys for sins and entrenchment since if you previously had sins of a solar empire and or sins of a solar empire / entrenchment (as I did), the digital copy forces you to download all 3 but it does not give you a secondary set of keys for either sins or entrenchment which are are legally entitled to do..  You should be able to put this on another computer to play someone in your household with, play a friend etc etc..  whatever your choosing its your own key. 

thats despite the whole point of my arguement which you guys fail to see.  If I had another computer, 10 other computers however many computers I personally own and put the game on and played the game with..  Perfectly legit.  Now Kryo says you need to licenses.  This is the point I'm trying to make.  I should have two licenses listed in impulse available for my disposal to use as I wish for my personal use and someone else as I wish if I bought sins and or sins with entrenchment etc and then the trinity package and that would have put on 1 or 2 more licenses to use (1 if you just had sins, 2 if you had entrenchement).  This is the arguement I'm making.  Simply put I legally should be able to toss off one of these licenses to a friend of mine halfway around the world as its no longer in use in my household and play with him as I should now be on the licenses under the trinity package but I only have 1 license set.  This is like going to a store, buying a package of software and not receiving the proper serial numbers to your software which the manufactures require in order for you the activate the software.  So you paid for the software in my case..  sins, then entrenchement, you should receive the codes for 5 pieces of software but only receive for 3.   You guys may argue you can have sins on however many computers you own thats a different arguement.  This is an arguement about licenses that vacant from account when you purchase trinity package on impulse.  I am curious how many other software packages do this same thing.

Okay, did you have any other Sins purchases when you bought trinity? If you already had Entrenchment and then bought trinity yes you should have 5 keys, if you don't it might be you have it under another account or its a problem unique to you. Most of us were smart enough just to buy diplomacy after entrenchment and thus not pay extra for what we already had, so we have 3.

Why do they owe everyone who purchases trinity 3 keys?  Is there something stated somewhere that you will get 3 keys if you buy the trinity package?  You can site any example you want - the only example that would matter would be the one where SD/Ironclad indicate that if you buy trinity you will get 3 keys. The fact that you get a specific key if you buy each game individually means nothing if there is a combined package that is unlocked by 1 single key.  Do you have a link indicating that SD or ironclad indicated that you would receive 3 keys if you purchased trinity?  Otherwise, by all means, take your ironclad (ironic, no?) case to whatever officials you wanted to discuss this with.

Anyway, you still haven't address why this is even a slight concern to you.  If you bought SOASE, entrenchment, and then trinity and you are simply looking for another license, then just create a new account, email SD and see if they will transfer your registration of Trinity from your account to another.  Whatever other crazy scenario you have in mind (outside of I need a key for every expansion or else) is beyond me.  I can't even imagine why any of this would be that big of a deal to you.  You can say that they are doing something illegal, but you don't have a leg to stand on.  I'm sure whatever officials you have in mind will... see it in a different light... or even understand what you are on about.

Again - if all you are trying to do is be able to install this on 2 computers, the registration suggestion should sort you if SD is willing to assist.  If ranting about illegal this and that is your goal... well then... winner.  Or you could just attempt to get whatever your problem is resolved by a transfer of the registration - that should enable 1 account to play trinity and the other to play sins/entrenchment.  That is what you are looking for, no?

Am I wrong with the basic math here?  OP own's 1 SOASE key, 1 SOASE entrench key, 1 Trinity key.  That's it, right?

Therefore, based on the licenses he actually owns, he should be able to play sins of a solar empire and entrenchment on 1 pc and trinity on another.  Then, when you talk about the licensing rule where each copy can be installed on a total of 2 pc's, resulting in a total of 4 pc's. 

If that's not possible, then there is a problem - though again, it sounds like it would be easily mitigated by creating a new account and having the registration transferred.  Whether or not if a user should HAVE to create a new account is a bit moot.  If that's what needs to be done based on limitations inherent with impulse as it is today, then I'd... just create a new account. 

However, because of several things said in the OP, I'm also led to believe that he's miffed that he isn't receiving multiple keys for his trinity purchase (instead of the 1 he apparently received).  That, I find, quite moot.  If SD/Ironclad agree decided to repackage sins into a single bundle, arguing that they must have individual keys isn't really all that valid.  And entrenchment/diplomacy are not standalone games...
