Why is it that whenever you colonize a neutral plnet that still has defenders in orbit do neutral siege frigates bomb their own planet?
You just took the planet, it's not theirs any more.
Seems to me shooting the guys on the surface taking control of their homes is probably the only thing they can do at that point.
