Aside from setting the Tier to 0 so that it is immediately available (with the building of a civilian research base), I don't see any way other than ability usage. Sorry, this may be a hardcode thing unless another modder knows differently.

yes goafan, it is the jumpdrive relic, just have to give it to each homeworld at the start of the map eg ancient gifts.

I am doing a experiment and creating a mod that will "not have phase jump", only wormhole jump.

So:

-Phase jump will be at the same speed as normal travaling speed.

-No antimatter cost.

-360 phase jump radius.

-Dont need to wait to phase jump

-Everyone can "phase jump"

-No different mashes to phase jump

-The race dont say he is phase jumping when he "phase jump".

-Dont need upgrade to be able to jump to other solar systems.

I did almost everything. I think that the only thing left is removing the need to long range jump to jump to other solar system.

I tried put the tier as 0 and the research levels as zero. But didnt worked. Tried other things too, but also didnt worked.

I will try to work with the artefact thing. Thanks
