There is any way to make the construction ship able do be built from the planet?

PS:I am not talking about building the ship from the frigate factory (I know that this is possible).

I am talking about building the ship from the planet, whitout needing a frigate factory.

if you are refering to the planetary construction ship, it is spawned when you colonize the planet, if you are refering to the starbase construction ship, you would have to modify the planet's abilities to add a spawn for the starbase builder, but I think that it might be a bad idea.

I am talking about planetary construction ship.

I know that he is spawned when you colonize a planet.

But I want to do that you can build from the planet without needing the frigate factory (costing money, having a spawn time...).

So after I do that I would remove the auto-spawn from planets, and the player would need to buy the ships by himself.

You could create an ability that will spawn a planetary construction ship, attach it to the planet and even make it cost something in credits/minerals/crystal.

I was thinking of hanger points on the planet to spawn strike craft, haven't tried yet though.
