there is no mod window for mods under options;where did it go and how can it be fixed?

i am running full screen;windows 7 home premium;amd athon2 x2 235e processor 2.70 ghz 6gb memory 64-bit operating system.1 also forgot to mention that the defense section is also missing.thanks.

press prt sc or print screen on the keybord, if you are using a labtop then hold down the fn button before pressing print screen. Then open a picture editor (like paint), press ctrl+v and save the picture.
