this is a small enhancement mod for diplomacy 1.01. this mod boosts the shields, hull, income, fleet, cap fleet, and star base limit to better capture how sins might be if it were real. just unzip the file in ur diplomacy mod folder activate and play.
*WARNING: because of the changes the ai is now a formidable enemy, I advise starting off easy and working you way up*
