You know what I mean when I say things.... and, yes, there will be a second season. Me and her have already (Briskly) said that we need to hang out over the summer, so once she's back from Utah and Her Bio-Father down South, that'll be the start of Season 2.
Anyway *sneaky sneaky* in our most recent e-mails, we've been discussing dreams that we can remember/we think are important. Ever since I've had this one, I can't forget it, and TBH, it's the only non-Mishayla related dream I can remember. What's really scary is how well I can remember it.
The dream started with me driving up to a church, in what looks like a Suburb of Juneau or Seattle, in a cop car. If I had to guess, I'd be age 24 in this dream, and I was the deputy for the local police department. The church was out in the middle of nowhere, the only thing near it was a military supply depot. I was driving towards it on call for a mysterious tresspasser who'd also had theft charges prior. The man I was looking for had Long, grey hair, faded green eyes and was about 6' tall. So, I pull up to the church, which is still being used by the town, but gets so little visitors that it is in a constant state of decay. The building is a tall, thin church made of wood that leans away from the road from the foundation being shifted by the large number of storms it's weathered. The church is a very dark brown color, and the large windows are almost all boarded up. The only time the place is used anymore, fittingly, is for funeral services. After surveying the scene for signs of the suspect, I conclude he's either in the pine forest surrounding the place, or inside. Due to the incoming storm and cold, I guess he's inside. I, apparently, guessed correctly, for as I get out of the car and move towards the church, several curtains inside several windows shift closed. I vaguely notice the fact that multiple curtains moved, as I was arrogant and determined to catch this man. I knock on the door several times, and the lonely priest answers almost immediatley. He welcomes me in, and comments that he's still sad about how the town still is not willing to let God into their hearts. (Most of the town, including myself, is Athiest) I comment that the people believe in what makes them happy, and that God should be happy that his creations are happy. The priest drops his friendly act, scowls and asks me what I want, irritated that I started the religion argument in his home base. I tell him I"m looking for a man who's 6' tall, skinny, has long grey hair and pale green eyes. He tells me he has no idea where such a man might be, and encourages me to search the woods, perhaps with a chopper for air support. I come back that any choppers we launched would crash in the storm, and that if this man was smart, he'd be hiding in the church. Offended, the priest offers me a tour. We walk around, talking about the state of the church and what the suspect's motives are, searching the entire lower level, and basement of the church. As I head upstairs, the priest grabs my shoulder, and says it's not safe for men of no faith to continue upwards, as God lives above. I laugh, shrug him off, and continue. I reach the top of the stairs, and come upon a tiny hallway, with a door at the end of it. Puzzled, I ask why the upstairs is so small compared to the downstairs, and he replies that is isn't as small as it looks. Puzzled still, I walk along the tiny hallway, and opened the scratched, heavy wooden door into the next room. As I walk in, I gasp, and lose the ability to breathe. I have stepped into a massive altar, with a cathedral ceiling and a set of stairs that leads to a podium with a cross on it at the bottom of the room. The entire room itself had 12 tiers, each tier with a set of pews upon it for worshipers to listen to the man at the podium. However, several things were wrong. The windows in this room were not boarded, rather they were a thick, transluscent grey, and were heavily scratched, as though like a bear had gouged them. The pews were in dissaray, all in a pile on the bottom two tiers, each one cracked and scratched worse than the windows. The podium itself was cracked down the middle, and through the cross on the front. The most chilling part was the huge precense I felt in the room. It wasn't good, as one would expect "God" to be, and it wasn't hostile. It was just THERE, unseen, unheard, yet I could feel it's massive presence pushing me down, putting weight on me like someone had sat on my shoulders. The priest welcomed me to God's Room. I ignore him, as I hear whispering and rustling from near the pews. I draw my gun, but as I do, it slips from my grasp, and falls down the tiers. I try to walk after it, but once I take my first step over the edge and onto Tier 12, my foot doesn't connect with the ground, rather, the presence I felt earlier LIFTS me up and carries me across the room, all the way to the Podium, where I am hanging 20 feet in the air, freaking out. I tell the priest to let me down, and the priest says to me that I"m in God's Hands now, and he shuts the door and leaves. The entity drops me behind the podium, and I hurt my left leg in the fall. I notice two doors behind the podium, and, forgetting my gun, I rush for the one on the right before the entity can drag me back in. I open the door, whirl around, and slam it shut. Then I try to regain my breath, when I hear footsteps coming down the hallway I came into towards me. I hide around the corner, praying that whatever is coming at me is tangible, and as he comes around the corner, I grab him. As it turns out, it was the suspect I was looking for, aged about 50-60, his hair covering his face, but his eyes shown through regardless. I restrain him, put him in cuffs, and regain my professional matter, looking for a way out that doesn't involve going back through "God's Room". I ask him, and he says to me that he'll show me the way. I grab the chain connecting his cuffs, and tell him to lead the way. Limping, I follow him down the hallway, into a dead end, a room of nothing but mirrors. Realizing I"ve been tricked, I try to back out of the room, but he gets around me, trips me, and goes back the way we came. I commence chase, forgetting about my leg, just trying to prevent him from reaching that room. I catch up to him, but a second too late, as he's already in the room. I find my gun, grab it, and tell him to stop as he reaches Tier 6. Ignoring that the entity that was on top of me last time seems further away, I tell him to slowly come back down the stairs. Instead, he laughs, and as he does so, his hair gets lifted out of his face, and the entity lifts him up, and breaks his cuffs. It lifts him up carefully, like a father would a child, not like me, where it lifted me up like a child would a toy. The entity's aura also changed, turning from nuetral to dark and ominous. Frightented, I bolt underneath him for the top tier, trying to claw my way out the door. He laughs at this still more, and calls to me, "Don't you recognize me, boy?" I reach Tier 9, turn and look, despite my fear, and I realize who he is. He's my biological father. My fear giving way to anger, I reach for my gun once more, and attempt to shoot him several times. He mocks my attempts, each time the bullet hitting his shirt and falling off. Then he lunges for me, so I abandon all attempts at revenge and getting answers, and make it outside of God's Room. Once outside, the priest asks me if I found the man, a smirk on his face. I tell him I'm demolishing the place with an order from town hall, starting next weekend. I then leave the church and head back to the station, with a heavy thunder storm behind me.
Phew man, that's a LOT longer here than in Yahoo Mail...
