Mod Idea - Survival

I still havent bought diplomacy yet, but the recent discussion on the power of pirates has given me an idea for a survival mod. Concept is simple really - only you and pirates are on the map. You get some time to build your empire/fleet/defences before the pirates start arriving, and then they just keep coming until you die! Maybe you could even start with several colonised planets.

Something like this would be a mod Id really like to try.

Me and shadow Mastiff made somthing similar we called the DOME mod.

Dude, even I could make a mod like that for you.

It wont really be a mod actually, but just a map.

Heres how you do it.

1 - Get Galaxy Forge.

2 - Make a map, 2 Stars.

3 - In the first star, put your homebase, how many planets your heart desire and how many pirate base there are too.

4 - In second star, put your enemies homebase, and NO LINK to the main star, so that hes stuck there. If Galaxyforge crashes on you, then all you do is just make a whole load of connections round the entire star and maybe add loads of hidden traps there. (Or just take away the "Star Travel research")

5. - To edit pirate strength, edit the gameconstants file in gameinfo.

6 - Play, enjoy, and die as the pirates get overpowered.
