Fighter/Bomber Limit

I'll just keep this simple...

I'm trying to change the number of fighters/bombers various capital ships can launch but can't find where that data is located.  I've been mostly looking in the ships data (eg. CAPITALSHIP_TECHSUPPORT) but can't find anything to do with the number of "aircraft" it can launch.  I've also looked in various other files but still find nothing.

This is the command points listed toward the end of the entity file. It also includes the rate at which command points increase per level to add additional strike craft as the capital ship levels up.
