Adding Personalized Themes(Logos) for more choice?

Please point me in the right direction

So I've been looking for a way to add my own themes/logos to the game. I found the file that they are located in but I'm not sure if all I need to do is add mine to the file or if any other changes need to be made.

Anyone know how to it?

If there is already a thread for this please point me in the right direction. I have been searching for it all day.

I do not know of a thread, but ALL the logos are stored in the racelogos.tga, which you can have in a mod in the mod's textures folder, and as far as I know you would have to replace the logos you do not want with the one you want, but they would only show up on your computer, and another tip is the 3 SMALLER race logo sizes are ONLY in the alpha channel of the tga.
