Problems with Sins of a Galactic empire mod

I downloaded and got the mod "Sins of a galactic empire" to show up in the mods menu and everything, but when i enabled it and tried to start a new game the new races wernt there, it was only TEC, Vasari and Advent compared to the supposed Republic, CSI, Empire, and Allience that should have taken their places, whats wrong with the mod?

well, make sure you enable it properly in Sins of a Solar Empire v1.15-1.17. That means NO ENTRENCHMENT. After that you may have to click through a bit more to find the Republic/CIS/Empire/Alliance.

This is something I've never seen before, but from what I hear about the mod (which is awesome by the way) the only serious issue is stability. Try posting on the mod's thread in the Modding Forum, you'll probably get an answer to your problem.
