Cant find mod folder

So i've looked all over and cant find the mod folder i've told it to show all hidden files and folders and still nothing Ive looked everywhere in my Stardock games/Sins of a solar empire file and nothing even tried searching it but still to no luck. im on Vista not sure if that has anything to do with it but i wouldnt be suprised if it did, nothing suprises me with vista anymore,,,, PLEASE HELP

C:\Users\'user name'\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods v1.16


NOTE the first two folders after the 'user name' are hidden , so to see them you must first click on 'tools' then 'folder options', then 'view', then click on 'show hidden files& folders' then click ok, then you will be able to browse your want to the folder. I suggest when you find the folder that you create a shortcut to it on the desktop
also the 'user name' is the user name for you account on your computer which MIGHT be administrator

well you could go into the game and using the mod section under options and find where the mod path is too.
