Heya all,

don't pay attention to this thread as it's merely a way for me to permanently safeguard my work (since I'm at university) and quickly pick it up once I get bakc home. That being said...comments are always appreicated.

The Sphere of Ruined Bodies:

Appearance: Well you'll guess I'm not gonna make a model of a sphere of ruined bodies...so was thinking of taking the Vasari Starbase and giving it my own personnal revamp he he.

Goal: The SoRB is a neutral entity located in the strategic chokepoint (read THE ONLY CHOKE POINT) of a grav well. It is "permantly" invulnerable thanks to a custom made ability. I mean invulnerable in brackets because it will be destructable but only after a condition is respected....

Hell let's just set the Stats...might be simpler to understand

Name: SoRB

Hull: 1000 / No regen

Antimatter: 2000 / No regen

Shields: 0 / No regen

Speed: Immobile

Armor: 0

Armament: See abilities

Abilities:

- Shielding Aura: This ability remains active as long as the SoRB has antimatter available (drains 1 antimatter / sec) but grants it COMPLETE INVULNERABILITY.

- Corrosive Blast: Upon reaching it's maximum amount of antimatter, the Sphere detonates a cloud of corrosive material which has various effects. These effects are on chance and you may suffer all 4 of them, 1-2-3 or even none (IF YOUR LUCKY ).

; Burning Body Barrage (4 000 range, 600 damage to ALL ships in AoE)

; Paralysis (12 000 range, Paralyses all ships in range for 1 min)

; Plundering Allies (spawns 20 pirate vessels in the grav well attacking everyone at will)

; Poisoned Well (all ships attempting to leave the grav well will suffer 300 damage and will require 800% more time to charge-up)

- Feast of the Damned: For each vessel destroyed in the grav well, the SoRB gains 40 antimatter (Frigate/cruiser) and 400 (Capital Ships)

Destroying the Sphere: The onlyway to destroy the Sphere is either to w8 it out and hit it once it's antimatter hits zero or disable the ability long enough to nail it down.
