I was wondering if anyone knows or has figured out how to make the frigates and other none capital ships lvl up, I've been tinkering with it for a couple days now and can't seem to get one to actually work...or even load.

 I was simply hoping for a definitive yes or no, or maybe a link to someone that has done it, or really anything, there literally a line of code on all the frigates that asks if it can level up, of course they all say no, but still it seems the general basis is there, i simply need help implementing it.
