I've been doing some experimenting with Rapid Manufacturing and I've noticed something that I think should be fixed. Rapid manufacturing says that it will improve the build rate of friendly structures and frigates in orbit. Well, it doesn't seem to affect how fast your Starbase builds nor do I believe will it affect how fast your frigates come out from a Starbase.

Since Rapid Manufacturing isn't that great of an ability to begin with and the ability description suggests that this should work, I propose that they make Rapid Manufacturing be able to increase Starbase construction rate and Starbase frigate construction rate...this should even work in neutral and enemy grav wells.

An off-hand suggestion to make Rapid Manufacturing better is that it could also increase the build rate of all friendly strikecraft in the grav well. This however, might be a little too much.
