First of there were some map that has several star system in on galaxy,
but not all of them has the pirate base therefore what I want to say is
the pirate can't jump = no raid occur at all which is very bad when...
Player either AI turtle'ing behind that natural blockade from pirate and
that is not gonna be a good thing, questions here how to I make ...
them (Pirate) Jumpable?
2. Can Pirate spawn on random planet? not on PirateBase or it can only spawn at there?
3. About map's template and GalaxyForge Template
Do I add in custom on at the very end of the GalaxyScenarioDef or it must add to according where it should be?
I mean PlanetItemType etc.

without have to explore them, I mean like making them visible every star or planet like Map reveal stuff.
5. How to make AI Respond to permanent Phase Jump Disable?
They Just dont respond and foreverly waiting to be slaughter if they are disabled forever.
and that's a solution I found in this forum but I wanted AI to put up a fight not run here and there hiding that's just not gonna be AI since other games AI fight to death but this game they run like hell any ship you get near to any planet their ship are stationed no matter what size. What should I do to make them put up fight instead of running every time
