OK. Got entrenchment and found that trade routes no longer pass though like they used to. OK I thought to myself. Star bases can act as the pass thru now. Well.... Vasari cannot build in magnetic clouds but others can? Is this meant as a balancing feature or a bug as it really lowers the already low vasari economy.
