You need to download Impulse and update to version 1.13 to play on ICO.

Did you read the manual? You need to patch from Impulse (As per your other post  -https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/338923/)

The version you need is 1.13 - Get it from Impulse.

Then you need to ensure you have all required ports open - 6000, 7000 etc...

You have to get any updates from Impulse www.impulsedriven.com After you download Impulse and register SINS to your account you can click on the blue orb on the top right and when that menu appears click check for updates, from there it should be easy to finish the process.
