Did you register an account with the ICO server and make a player name or two for yourself (with ICO)? Are you able to get to the Lobby channel where you can see people chatting?
Note that if you bought the Entrenchment Beta that you probably won't find too many games for it since you can't see the v1.12 games in the "Join Games" window and just about everyone who bought the Beta reinstalled Sins and went back to 1.12.
