Quoting ShadowMastiff2468,
what do you mean by machinima..like a gundam or so???

Machinima is basically movie-making using a video game engine. It's done without a HUD or interface, and the characters/armies are recorded with video capture and voiceover is laid down. Here are 2 examples, so you can see it in action:

As for how machinima-able SINS is (if that's even a word), I'd say that it has quite a bit of potential. Isn't there a cinematic mode that you can turn on that will hide the HUD? You could set up your shots, start the movements, then turn on cinematic mode and start capturing video with FRAPS or some other video capture program.
It isn't as controllable as something done in the HL2, WOW, or Unreal3 engines, but there is more than enough control in Sins to make machinima, yes.
