that is riddled
with juicy oversized
worms, all crawling
on mutant legs
with bulging eyes
and waving antennae
waiting to strike.
but thwarted when
rent a kill
pest control entered
spraying marshmallow cream
into dark crevices
like their noses
and retroactive caverns
they play in
where the bats
let it drop
